In their work “Zwischen Anlagen Anderer” (Between the Investments of Others), Michael Meier and Christoph Franz focus on the so-called “Vorsorgewohnung” (retirement flat), which is in great demand in the city of Vienna.

In Vienna, too, the question of ownership has an essential influence on the city in its being and becoming. The artists collected contributions from actors and theorists who provide a view of the financialisation of housing from various directions. Michael Meier & Christoph Franz (*1980/*1982) live and work as an artist duo in Zurich.
